Susman Insurance Agency operates this website. This statement explains information handling for website visits, forms, telephone calls and optional text messages.

Information you choose to provide

A form may ask for contact details and a short description of the insurance subject. Forms use encryption in transit. The website does not put form content in a submission database; accepted requests are delivered for agency follow-up. Do not submit Social Security, driver’s-license, payment, medical, claim, policy or account numbers.

Cookieless measurement

This site uses cookieless measurement to understand aggregate use. It may process the requested page, referring page without its query string, approximate visit time, browser and device characteristics, screen size and browser language. It does not use cross-domain linking. Two address bytes are masked before storage. Raw visit logs are deleted after 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.

Calls, texts and children

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance; a caller may ask not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority. Visitors may opt out of agency announcements by choosing Privacy on the contact form. Any text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and include HELP and STOP instructions. This website is not directed to children. A child under thirteen must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the website.

Your choices and updates

You may decide not to use a form and may request correction or deletion of information where applicable. The agency may revise this privacy statement as practices or law change, so review it periodically. A request through this site does not bind, change or cancel insurance.
